Statement of Work: New construction, seven story, 271 bed residence and a 211 bed residence with a 11,000 sq. ft. kitchen and dining facility in downtown Providence, Rhode Island. The facility is located on the University’s new quadrangle in the city’s historic district.

Statement of Work: Renovation & modernization of three existing dormitories over a 4 year time span & through multiple construction contract packages. Each building received new high performance windows to provide a significant energy savings and a new main entrance. Upgraded work includes electrical, HVAC systems, fire alarm modernization, door replacements and interior finishes throughout.
Statement of Work: This seven acre site near the waterfront at Narragansett Bay is on the Providence/Cranston border and has been chosen for the complex of buildings that house 576 students. The project includes twelve wood framed buildings and an administrative office/common area building. The office building also provides a large function room, game room and the complex mail station. Each student housing building has 12 units in a suite-style layout that include individual bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry and two bathrooms.

Morin Heights Phase I
Location: Woonsocket, Rhode Island
Client: Woonsocket Housing Authority
Statement of Work: Comprehensive modernization of 24 units of family housing. Townhouses were expanded with Victorian style additions to provide additional bedrooms. Total renovation included new doors and windows, kitchens and baths, interior finishes, new mechanical and electrical systems, as well as fire protection and new appliances. The site was landscaped and lighted, and two paved parking areas were installed to provide 45 spaces.
