Statement of Work: This 48,700 SF, 2 story office building was designed & built for single tenant occupancy. The core plan provided the infrastructure to allow multi-tenant configurations in the future. The exterior window facade design permits maximum interior partition layout. Brick & stone patterns provide interest and scale while the metal surface of the exterior features the location of the entrance.
